Merry Christmas!

Here are some of my favorite pictures so far from today (taken on my new camera!). It was so fun to see their sweet faces this morning. We have been so thankful to spend time with Michael's parents, my parents, my mom's extended family and Karen's family! Merry Christmas!

tagged?

This is new to me, but I have been tagged for the first time. I love how it's like a dare you can't turn down, so here's the deal: Go to your 4th picture folder. Find the 4th picture. Explain it, and tag four more people.

This is Jacob at 13 months (October 06). Happy as a bee like he always WAS. Probably on a Saturday watching football with his daddy with his TN shirt on. Toys everywhere... that hasn't changed!

Now I tag Nicole F, Anne M, Corrie B & Claire W

young friends

We had our community group Christmas party this past Sunday. Some of the kids were sitting at the dining room table and seemed to be having their own dinner party... chicken nuggets, bananas, blueberries & goldfish!
Bella spent a few hours with us Monday night, so we decided to make cookies. These "high stress" situations don't always bring out the best in me, but they did pretty well & I know they enjoyed the finished product! Jacob & Bella are about as close as brother & sister as two people can get without being in the same family. They pick on each other and really love on each other too. Luke even gets very excited when I say Bella's name. He calls her "ya ya" for now. Sometimes he even prefers Misty to be his "mama."

pics from the week

Bella & Jacob are concentrating on Misty telling the story of Christmas...
kind of a lot to swallow, I know.

Michael & the boys "playing" in the snow Thursday night.
Luke, Jacob & Brady watching Frosty the Snowman... can't believe it's so blurry & they were actually all looking!

Monkey Joe's

There is a new place for kids called Monkey Joes. We've been a couple times and tonight for a birthday party. The boys LOVE it. Ia little bit of a drive, but worth it especially for a party or a night with friends. You should check it out...

thanksgiving fun

Pump it Up after our Thanksgiving dinnerFantasy of Trees
Jacob in the leaf pile

We had a great Thanksgiving in Knoxville. First we enjoyed a yummy dinner, then the whole family headed to Pump It Up with about 40 others. We all had a blast- especially Jacob. Friday we went to the 25th Fantasy of Trees which was a sight to see. Jacob topped off the weekend in the leaves. He had a blast at GiGi & G-pop's!
